Recipe For The Yummiest Coffee

I love really creamy coffees. I honestly don’t like coffees at cafes which you pay a heavy price for. My husband says he fell in love with me the moment he had my coffee way back in 2005. I would love to think so. Today I am sharing this simple recipe as a lot of people asked me to do this post on my blog.

Preparation time

5 minutes

Serving

1 mug coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1-2 Tsp cream
  • 1 cup milk

Brands:

Brands I used for coffee in Pakistan:

Brands I use for coffee in Canada:

I add both the above instant coffee. I keep Maxwell decaffeinated instant coffee (tastes like regular coffee) in my cupboard in case we want to avoid caffeine.

Method

  • Take a pan, add milk, sugar, coffee and cream.
  • Put the pain on medium heat on stove.
  • Bring to a boil while stiring constantly.
  • Use a hand blender to blend.
  • Pour the coffee into the mug from a distance for the perfect frothy coffee.

    Notes

If you’re using a hand blender, you can decide if it’s possible to insert it inside the pan and use it there. Make sure it doesn’t splash. If it does, then its best to do it in another container. About 10 seconds or less is good enough.

You can also use a  milk frother (for up to 3 cups). First, whiz a little bit of milk and then add the rest.

About Milk frother & Hand blender

Recommended by my sister, a milk frother is simple and perfect for making yummy coffee. I would fully recommend this product. Great value for money. You can simply put 1/2 tsp coffee, 1/2 tsp sugar and a few drops of water and stir it using the frother. After about a minute, add boiling milk in it and a final whisk. You’re done!

In case you haven’t yet bought a hand blender, it is a must-have for every house esp one with few members. I make lassi, smoothie, milkshake, salan masala and coffee with it. It’s ideal and super easy to use.
